Note: Column D [Course] defines score course options:
20 = Control point values 2 thru 5 points

Other Notes:
- Use [25] for Surfside (The results will be published with an uplift factor x5)
- Column [D] was repurposed in 2010 although spreadsheets
often contain the old label [Club]
